Transfer Requests

If one store location is running low or out of stock on a particular product, while a different store location has a higher quantity, transfer requests can be easily generated to have merchandise transferred from one location to another. Issue a single transfer request to one or multiple stores as well as to your warehouse location. Designate transfer requests to satisfy customer needs, replenish merchandise from the warehouse or simply balance stock between stores. Execute transfers directly from the transfer request quickly and accurately. Track the fulfillment of your transfer requests in real time, resulting in easy administration of fulfilled, partial and unfilled requests.

Inter-store Transfers

Intended for retailers with multiple locations, RunIt Real Time's transfers maintain accurate inventory levels at all times and at all locations. Designed to meet you business needs there are two transfer methods: Inter-Store and In-transit.

Inter-store transfers update both locations immediately upon issuing of the transfer - eliminating any back office operations at the receiving store. A perfect solution for those retailers who want to transfer merchandise between store locations while keeping their staff on the sales floor at all times.

Receive only the quantities that arrive and investigate the items that are lost in transit. Close any open In-transit transfers and select the location responsible for any lost merchandise. All merchandise is updated in real-time ensuring that you have accurate inventory levels at all times and at all locations.

Quick Transfers

Simpler is always better! RunIt Real Time keeps it simple for store floor personnel to move to other locations by incorporating an easy to use transfer function into the point of sale. Using the register's scan gun cashiers, sales associates and managers quickly read the outgoing or incoming merchandise. For customer requests, reallocation, consolidation, etc use the use the "transfer type" drop down and categorize the In-Transit transfers. Type a in the comment field so that further detail about the transfer reason can be noted.
