TEXT alerts are used sparingly and are one-way announcements about service interruptions, enhancements or other information that is critical for you to be aware of.
PLEASE NOTE that ALL fields on the form are required, and company name and account number must match, or the cell phone number will NOT be added to our SMS database.
Your account number is comprised of the first four digits that follow “Support Code” on your Runit splash screen or that follow “Account” at the bottom of each screen within your Runit modules.
